This story is about Dinah the cat from Alice in wonderland


It wasn’t Dinah’s usual custom to follow Alice everywhere she went, however on this particular day she lay on her back amongst the grass watching Alice and her sister. The sun was bright and warm and there was ever such a light breeze blowing through the trees, Dinah wondered sleepily whether she could catch a vole for lunch. At that moment she happened to look over at Alice, Dinah was surprised to see her climbing down a Rabbit hole. Alice was prone to odd notions such as this one but this seemed more peculiar then most and nobody seemed to be stopping her, so Dinah followed her, she trotted along the cool grass to where the hole was and peered down, she meowed and heard nothing until a faint meow came back, carefully she extended a paw and began to climb but as she did so she lost her footing and started to fall, but rather then fall downwards as one would expect she fell upwards, after a very very long time maybe even years Dinah fell onto what looked like the sky, it took a moment or to for her to reoriented but when she had done so she realised she was on a cloud and could see Alice only a few meters away, she got up and rubbed against Alice's leg, Alice peered down “YUCK” she exclaimed picking Dinah up by her tail, Dinah spat .
Dinah felt confused was Alice angry with her for following ? but there was really no need for her to be quite so rude was there ?Then another very odd thing happened a large rabbit appeared with a beautiful cat by its side. The rabbit was about 10ft tall and carried a very large stick ,on the side of the stick it read “ Poking stick” how very odd Dinah thought, but she didn’t stop watching the rabbits companion as he was enchanting he was beautiful and majestic with a shiny coat and big strong muscles, Dinah was rudely jolted out of this stream of though by a loud thud coming from behind her, the loud thud came from a large ball that the rabbit was peering into, the rabbit had a large megaphone presently and suddenly yelled " WHO ARE YOU??" Dinah couldn’t move she was enchanted by the cat who hissed "my name is Din" as it dragged her to the rabbits feet " I am Dinah Alice's cat " the rabbit looked bemused " al " he boomed into his megaphone " do you have a cat" No replied Alice I think their vial. " then place her in a cell. POOF a cell of bars surrounded Dinah The cell raised itself up in the air giving Dinah a view of everything including the large ball where she saw a very odd sight. She saw Alice talking to a mouse. It dawned on Dinah that everything here was its opposite Alice was evil the sky was the ground she was in a parallel universe .
Din appeared "you could help" it grinned "what" "if you did you wouldn’t burn alive !". Dinah suddenly looked up to see the burning sun coming closer she had been thinking it was a little hot. OK she replied and the cage dropped The large rabbit boomed into the megaphone " what are you doing" I'm here to help said Dinah "well make me tea then " said the rabbit, as Dinah did the rabbit began to sing " oh the world will be grass in the morning , Oh the world will be grass in the morning" Dinah's ears pricked up, she was sure this was the rabbits plan, knowing that Din believed in whatever the rabbit said she had to do something
So she decided to destroy the ball when she brought the rabbit his tea she spilt the tea over the ball via a straw and then as the rabbit jumped through fright she grabbed the poking stick hit the ball and then KAAABOOOMMM!!!!!!!!!!!! White nothing but white . Dinah felt as though she was falling but couldn’t see anything, unruly Alice came into focus DINAH she cried whatever are you doing here she trapped her arms around her, even if At least Alice was back to normal.
Soon everything in the garden was back to normal, but Dinah missed Din but after careful though realised that din was just her parallel so she continued on her quest for love , and Alice continued reading with her sister for many years to come.
